Little ones ride on a parent's or grandparent's lap in the cyclo, and the whole afternoon is over by 19:00, before bedtime.

A slow look at the 36 old streets, the old city gate and a water puppet show, the most famous show in Hanoi.

About an hour through the 36 old streets: silk street, tin-smiths, the old city gate and small temples tucked between shops. Your guide rides alongside and stops for photos.
Two guests share each cyclo. Toddlers ride on a parent's or grandparent's lap, and we ask the riders to go slowly. - Sweet stop by Hoan Kiem Lake

Price for your group
Up to 5 guests, babies included, so everyone fits in one private 7-seat car. Bigger group? We quote a larger vehicle.

Private for your family only. Children 4 to 11 pay the child price; babies 0 to 3 are free but need a seat in the car.

Yes. Two guests share each cyclo and toddlers sit on an adult's lap. We ask the riders to go slowly, keep to quieter streets, and your guide rides alongside.
Can we bring a stroller?
You won't need it much, as you sit for most of the afternoon. A small foldable stroller can come in the car for the lake walk.
Is the water puppet show good for toddlers?
Most toddlers love it: it lasts about 45 minutes, with live music, splashing and dragons. We book seats where the little ones can see.
Is it a good first day in Hanoi?
It is one of our favourite arrival-day plans. It starts at 15:00, there is very little walking, and you are back at your hotel by 19:00.
